We like Sandpoint enough that we decided to build a home!  Nick likes to own, and I like new.  We couldn't find anything on the market meeting our family's specifications so we found a floor plan, had it tweaked, and here we are!  It's definitely not our dream home, but it will be nice and function well.

The kids are excited and have a lot of fun checking out the progress.

This silly little girl has a bit too much fun in the dusty dirt and construction scraps.

With a baby on the way, pretty much any day now, we are looking forward to having more space.  We are feeling tight in our little townhouse!  And I am excited to have a bigger fenced in yard where the kids can freely play.

Being so close to my due date, we are sticking around town more.  Last Saturday was the county fair, so we took the kids to check it out.  We were excited to see that one of Grandma's bobble head chickens won the first place blue ribbon!  Whatever that means.

There were all sorts of farm animals, including bunnies.  The kids loved it.

Their favorites were baby anything, like these piggies.

The rides were super expensive, but the kids wanted to go so bad, they picked one and used their own money.  And they thought it was pretty great!

They had some cute little free activities for kids, like gold panning, tractor riding, even milking a cow!

Teslyn pretended to be a little pioneer girl, and Owen tried his hand at lassoing.

With school starting for the kids next week, we know our fun and sunny beach days are winding down so we are trying to get there as often as we can.  We met friends there Saturday night to let the kids play, while Nick put his finishing touches on his talk for church the next day.  I had my turn a few weeks before.

This is my cute family, and I love them!!
